The Spanish bar and restaurant provides a fun nigh out with vibrant music and delicious food. The disabled toilets are placed in the dining area, which is only low tables, but the bar has high and low tables and gets very busy. 
Proud Camden

The Horse Hospital, The Stables Market  Chalk Farm Rd, London NW1 8AH MAP

Proud is a unique but pricey place to celebrate a Hen do (no fancy dress allowed) or to go for a girls night. The main door is not accessible but there is a ramp around the side which leads to a fire door. Once inside, the restaurant and large adapted toilet, is on the same level. The show takes place in the restaurant.

Bucci

Bucci is a traditional, Italian family restaurant serving fresh, delicious, food. There is one large step to enter but everything is on one level once you’re in. There is a disabled toilet and the staff are pleased to be of help.
Bodeans
Balham High Rd, London SW17 7BG MAP
The American Barbeque chain serves a selection of dishes from the 'deep south' and a delicious cocktail menu. The side entrance has a flat entrance and is close to the accessible toilet.
Pizza Express

The newly designed restaurant has a step- free entrance from the main road. There is room to get around tables and a large key- accessed disabled toilet.

The chain restaurant is very accessible but wheelchairs have to use the back entrance, as the front has steps. Upon reaching the glass door, there is a bell to ring, so it can be opened. Once inside, there is a lot of room and an adapted toilet. 

Brasserie Blanc

9 Belvedere Road, Southbank, London SE1 8YP  MAP

The French restaurant chain has a menu that changes quarterly and is perfectly located near London landmarks. It is great for intimate and more casual dining. There is a level entrance by going to the rear of the restaurant and a disabled toilet.


The Green Room
101 Upper Ground, London SE1  MAP
The laid- back British restaurant and bar is perfect for casual dining with friends or a pre- theate meal before a show at  the nearby Rambert Company, National Theatre or TV show.
A collaboration between the National Theatre and local social enterprise Coin Street Community Builders. it has props and scenery recycled from National Theatre shows.
It is all on one level with low tables and a disabled toilet.
Wagamama
Riverside level, Royal Festival Hall, London, SE1 8XX  MAP
The trendy restaurant is modelled on the ramen bars which have been popular in Japan for many years.Overlooking the Thames, the restaurant is completely accessible with movable benches for wheelchair access, disabled toilets and induction loop. 
Gaucho
2 More London Riverside,London SE1 2AP  MAP
Directly located on the South Bank of the Thames, this stunning location has views framed by Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. Although it is quite pricey, the restaurant serves the best in Argentinean steaks. It has a ramp for wheelchairs when you enter and a disabled toilet.

Skylon
Royal Festival Hall Belvedere Road London SE1 8XX  MAP  

The formal restaurant offers a spectacular panorama of London's skyline, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the  Thames. The main restaurant has a step but the Grill is wheelchair accessible. The adapted toilet is situated in the Festival Hall.

The Indian restaurant and banqueting hall is spread over a number of floors and completely wheelchair accessible. A lift is used to reach the dining floor and you need to use the lift to the banqueting halls floor to find the adapted toilet.

The Buenos Aires restaurant is part of a small chain and has a varied menu with a strong focus on mouthwatering steaks and cocktails. There is a small ramp to get to the main restaurant which is also where the disabled toilet it. (Possibly the best adapted bathroom I have visited!)

The elegant Chinese restaurant is perfect for formal and informal dining. The entrance is step-free and the whole venue is wheelchair accessible. The adapted toilet is also very spacious.

The family restaurant offers a varied menu for adults and children. There are disabled parking spaces outside and the entrance is step free. The restaurant is all on the same level and an adapted toilet is based near the door.

Prezzo

A large Italian chain restaurant, which is completely wheelchair accessible. There are two levels of seating, with the raised one, reached by a long ramp. The disabled toilet is reached by using this, so it is better to choose seats nearby.                                                                                                               

Pizza Express

A spacious chain restaurant , which has a pianist on Tuesday evenings and live music on Wednesday evenings. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair and a large disabled toilet. The restaurant gets quite busy so it is better to book.

The modern Italian restaurant is very spacious and easy to move around in a wheelchair. It has a large adapted toilet.

The Tex + Mex restaurant chain serves a mixture of Texan grill and Mexican kitchen. It has a large cocktail selcetion so is good for a fun evening with friends or family. There is a lot of space for a wheelchair with low tables and a large disabled toilet.                                           

Haveit

The family run Turkish restaurant serves a selection of traditional dishes with a twist. Fresh ingredients are used each day and there is a large accessible toilet. Booking is essential.

The restaurant offers traditional Indian food with a twist. The entrance and restaurant are wheelchair accessible and there is also an adapted toilet.

Tiger Tiger

The restaurant/ club is a big venue which caters for an evening meal or crazy night out. The entrance is step-free and the dining area and adapted toilet is on the ground floor. If you want the club area, a lift will take you up.                                                                                                                   

Beefeater

The large family pub and restaurant is completely accessible. With parking outside, there is a ramp leading to the door. The venue has a lot of wheelchair space and an adapted toilet. There is also a terrace and pub garden.

Mekân Café + Restaurant

Mekân is a Turkish restaurant serving food with traditional Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern influences. It has a step-free entrance and a large dining area. It also has a large disabled toilet with rails.

Frankie & Benny’s
Unit 11, The Tandem Centre, Tandem Way London, SW19 2TY  MAP

The venue is an American/Italian 50s-style UK chain with a large menu.  You enter the restaurant by going through an automatic door followed by another one. Many tables are set up as booths but there is also regular seating.
There is a large disabled toilet with a sliding door and the hand-dryer is placed at a low height for wheelchair users.


The Orange

37 Pimlico Road, London SW1W 8NE  MAP

The Orange Public House and Hotel is located on Pimlico Road and serves modern European food along with a wide selection of guest ales and fine wines.. The bar and dining area are located on the step-free ground floor but guest rooms are upstairs with no lift. There is a large disabled bathroom but there are no ‘arms’ around the toilet so some may find access difficult.

The south London Indonesian-inspired restaurant is run by celebrity chef Nancy Lam. There is a small ramp to reach the door and an accessible toilet placed at the back of the dining area. The family restaurant is quite pricey but the food is very tasty.

EAST

The Narrow

Gordon Ramsay’s The Narrow is a pub/restaurant situated in Limehouse, East London, which offers stunning views of the Thames. The relaxed venue is completely wheelchair accessible but there are no signs outside offering directions to enter the premises. (There is a riverside footpath which leads to a step-free entrance). There is a disabled toilet with just enough room for a standard size wheelchair.

Pizza Express

The busy restaurant is opposite Liverpool Street station. Step-free access is reached by a side door which leads into the dining area. There is a lift to the basement where the disabled toilet is.

Carluccio's

Carluccio’s is a slightly upmarket Italian restaurant chain. Just a few minutes from Liverpool Street station and Spitalfields’ market, it is an ideal location to meet with friends. All based on one level, it is wheelchair friendly with wide space around tables, with a large disabled toilet.
CENTRAL
Planet Hollywood

The worldwide chain is ideally placed in the west end and perfect for a break during shopping or a theatre visit. A flat entrance leads you into the restaurant which is on one level with a large disabled toilet.

Burger and Lobster

The luxurious restaurant has a simple menu with three choices of lobster, lobster roll or a burger. The meals all come with chips and salad for £20. Brave diners can pay more if they want to choose a lobster from the tank.
The restaurant has a step- free entrance with low tables and a disabled toilet. Reservations canbe made for 6-10 people.
Zizzis

The Italian chain is a popular choice for well priced Italian food. The main entrance is not accessible but if you go to the side entrance, the staff will provide a portable ramp to enable you to get in. The tables are all low and there is a disabled toilet on the same floor.
Pizza Express

The restaurant is all on one level and very accessible. The tables are all low and the spacious disabled toilet is situated near the front of the restaurant.
Nando's
66-68 Chandos Place, Covent Garden, WC2N 4HG  MAP
Nando’s has one large step to enter the  restaurant famous for its Peri-Peri Chicken but staff will use a portable ramp to have easy access. Most of the seating is downstairs but there is a small lift which will take you down. A large disabled toilet is situated next to the lift.
Benihana

The successful Japanese restaurant offers an interesting dining experience, with the chef cooking at your table. You enter at street level but stairs lead you to the restaurant. Staff provide a portable ramp to enable you up. Disabled toilets are on the same level.

If you're looking for a classy French bite to eat or ready for a cocktail, this is the place to visit. The café on the ground level is perfect for brunch or a lift will take you downstairs to the main restaurant and cabaret bar. Located in the heart of Leicester Square, the Mexican restaurant is good for family and friends. It is wheelchair accessible with disabled toilets at the back. 

Carluccio’s

The American themed bar and restaurant offers a fun meal for family and friends. It has an accessible entrance and the tables are all on one level but the small bar is not very accessible. A portable ramp can be used over the stairs but once you have reached the top, it is all high booths.  The disabled toilet is on the same level as the restaurant but you need to use a door to get there as it is located with the unadapted toilets.                                                                                 
Tiger Tiger

The restaurant/club offers a lively night out with friends. The corner entrance of the venue is accessible and allows you to go through the ground floor bar to the restaurant. An adapted toilet is close to the dining area.

The large pizza restaurant in Covent Garden is very modern and set over two floors with a lift and disabled toilet. It has a varied menu with pizzas inspired by flavours from around the world.
Little Sicily

The Italian restaurant is a peaceful hub close to Leicester Square. It has a varied menu which changes with the season, providing fresh produce, throughout the year. The restaurant has a small ramp to enter and a large disabled toilet.

Ponti's

5-7 John Princes Street, Oxford Circus, London W1G 0JN  MAP
Ponti's Italian Kitchen is a family- run restaurant situated in Oxford Circus.  The fresh food comes from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy and diners can watch the chefs at work in the open, kitchen with its wood stove oven. The restaurant has a large adapted bathroom at the back of the dining area and is a perfect choice after a day of shopping.

Dishoom

12 Upper St. Martin’s Lane, London WC2H 9FB  MAP

Dishoom is a Bombay-style café serving delicious cocktails and Indian food all day long. Once through the step free entrance, there are tables on the ground level with a lift to the level below where there are more tables and a large disabled toilet.
Dishes are recommended to be shared with your party and the helpful staff will advise and answer any questions.

Reservations canbe made for breakfast/ lunch and only for groups of 6 or more after 5.45, There are unreserved tables but it means long queues outside.

Browns is a bar/ restaurant chain which opened in 1973. This branch, once the Westminster County Courts, was converted in 1996. Set in elegant surroundings, you can choose from a vast modern food and cocktail menu. The main entrance has steps but there is a flat entrance round the corner for wheelchairs which leads through the main bar. There is a large disabled toilet that can be reached by taking the lift to the first floor.


Cantina Laredo

Cantina Laredo is a gourmet Mexican restaurant located  in the heart of London's Theatreland. It is fully accessible and has a portable ramp at the entrance where there is one small step. The tables are tall enough for a wheelchair to comfortably sit at and there is a large disabled toilet.
Blueprint Café

1st Floor, Design Museum  28 Shad Thames, London SE1 2YD  MAP

The restaurant is located on the top level of the Design Museum and has stunning views over the Thames and Tower Bridge. If you go through the shop on the Ground level, you will pass the disabled toilet, and come to the lift which will take you straight up.



Jackson and Rye
56 Wardour Streetm Soho, London W1D 4JF  MAP
The American restaurant is a tasty Soho secret and great for meeting friends. Serving food all day, it has one large step to enter but once inside, it is all on one level. Head to the restaurant at the back and you will find the large disabled toilet.
